Prentus Weekly - 4/5

Welcome to our Changelog. Each week you can find out about the latest changes to Prentus, Now that we have Will working full-time on the product, expect to see a bunch of small tweaks weekly and big feature announcements monthly.

Without further ado, here's what we built this week.

• Invite Reminders: When you create a member account through Zapier or upload a CSV in the Directory, sometimes people forget. Now, these users will get a reminder 24 hours later. Then repeat reminders every 3 days after that until they sign up.

• Location Filter on Jobseekers Table: You can now filter by city on the Jobseekers page to find stats broken down by what city people are in.

• Edit Notifications w/o Login: Previously, notification emails like job alerts could only be turned off by signing in. Now all users can turn these off with a direct link in emails - no sign-in required.

• Required Profile Fields: To complete their Profile, members have to fill out specific fields. Basic but there are now red stars and border highlights for each field.

• LinkedIn URL in Placement Report: Placement Reports exported in the Directory now have a LinkedIn field for future needs.

• Total Activities: The Job Search Data report in the Directory now includes a column for the total number of activities each job seeker has completed on Prentus.

• Interview Count Filter in Directory: Filter members in the Directory by the number of interviews they have tracked. Set a minimum or maximum.

• Activities Stats Bar: Your beloved Stats Bar is now included on the Activities tab on the Jobseekers page. Find out who created a resume, analyzed a LinkedIn, and other cool stats on jobseekers.

• Challenge Completed Notification: Members can now edit whether or not they receive notifications when they complete Challenges in the app.
